Poster "Taking back MY power"

We give away our power to many things and many people during our lifetime. Instead of trusting  and choosing our selves, we tend to believe we are dependant of others.

It's time to take back your power and put that belief and trust in your Self!

With this poster we have a short ritual you can do:

Ritual

Place yourself across from this poster and imagine you have a sun disk above your head (like the woman in the artwork). Now repeat the following sentence 3x times

"I give back all the energy that does not belong to me and take back all the power I gave away" 

While saying this imagine all your power coming back to you filling up the sun disk above your head.
